CBT Therapy

The Floral Therapist

Therapy is an incredibly valuable opportunity to give yourself professional, judgment-free support to work through many of life's challenges, which can leave us feeling confused, scared, sometimes ashamed, and often lonely. Whether you’re adjusting to parenthood, juggling work pressure, feeling anxious or low, or just not quite yourself, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. It’s an investment and will give you the skills and tools to move forward into recovery of disordered thinking patterns, emotions and behaviours.

If you’re someone who finds traditional therapy settings a bit rigid, I also offer the option to include floral elements in sessions, using scent, colour, texture and creativity in a gentle and grounded way.

Who I Work With

I specialise in supporting adults who are ready to change their relationship with difficult thoughts and feelings. Often, you will seek therapy when symptoms are becoming disordered and or life-altering, and or during major life changes - whether becoming a parent, career shifts, or simply growing into a different version of yourself - can trigger anxiety and uncertainty.

I help people navigate these transitions while staying connected to their authentic selves. While I welcome clients with all diagnoses and life experiences, I have expertise in:

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

If you're caught in cycles of intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviours that steal hours from your day, we can work together using specialised ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) techniques to help you reclaim your time and mental energy.

Phobias and Specific Fears

Whether it's medical procedures, social situations, or something else entirely, I understand how limiting specific fears can become. Through gradual exposure work combined with grounding techniques, we can help you move through the world with more freedom and confidence.

Anxiety and Emotional Regulation

For those whose minds feel like they're constantly racing, who struggle with overwhelming emotions, or who find it difficult to feel calm and present in daily life, I offer practical tools for nervous system regulation and emotional balance

Neurodivergent Adults

I provide affirming support for ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent experiences. Rather than trying to "fix" how your brain works, we focus on understanding your unique patterns and developing strategies that work with, not against, your neurotype.

How We’ll Work Together

Therapy with me is collaborative and shaped by what works best for you. I offer:

  • Online sessions via secure video
  • Free or low-cost resources via emails and newsletters

This approach can be especially helpful for neurodivergent clients or for those who feel disconnected from their body or emotions. But if flowers aren’t your thing, that’s completely okay. We can keep things structured, simple and focused, whatever suits you best.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing)

It works particularly well for trauma, PTSD and memories that feel stuck. Rather than talking through events in detail, it uses guided eye movements to help the brain finally file away a memory that's been triggering reactions as though it were still happening.
